Yes. If you’re interested in a cinematic film or video portraits as part of your session, please mention it in your enquiry. Once I know what you’re hoping to create—how long you’d like the film to be, the style, and any specific ideas—I can let you know what’s possible and give you a custom price tailored to your shoot.

Wear what feels like you. The real question is, how do you want to look in these photos? Whether that’s smart casual, fully formal, swimwear at the beach or dressed as a Viking, I’m here to photograph you the way you want to remember yourself. If you’re unsure, please get in touch and I can suggest a few options for your shoot.

Yes, absolutely—but it needs to be planned in advance. During our consultation, please let me know how many people will be involved and if you’d like extra time. I often have back-to-back bookings, so it’s important this is decided before you lock in your session so I can allow the right time for your shoot and confirm any changes to your package.

The choice of location is totally up to you. Most sessions are on location around the Sunshine Coast—beaches, national parks, or anywhere you’d like to be photographed. Tell me the kind of vibe you like and I’ll suggest a spot that suits the light and mood you’re after. If you already have somewhere in mind, we can usually work there as long as access and timing are suitable. For locations outside the Sunshine Coast, please get in touch and we can chat through your shoot plans and any travel.

If the weather makes it unsafe or clearly unsuitable to shoot, I’ll reschedule your session at no extra cost. Light cloud or overcast skies are usually fine—in fact, they often look great—so we won’t cancel just because it’s not perfectly sunny. If your shoot relies on a specific look (like a glowing sunrise or a bright, sunny swimwear session) and the conditions clearly can’t deliver that, I’ll either adjust the plan or offer a free reschedule. I’ll make the final call on the day based on the location, forecast and needs of your shoot.

Most sessions are delivered within 2–3 weeks. During busier periods it may take a little longer, but I’ll always give you a clear ETA at your shoot so you know what to expect.

You’ll receive your finished photos via a private download link, as well as on an engraved USB in a gift box.

Your download link will stay active for 12 months. I also keep a backup of your final edited photos on my drives for around 3 months after delivery to cover any immediate issues. After that, files may be cleared to manage storage, and I can’t guarantee I’ll still have a copy.

Because of this, it’s really important that you download and back up your photos—either from the link or the USB—somewhere safe (for example, your computer and an external drive or cloud service). If you know in advance that you’ll need your download link active for longer than 12 months, we can arrange an extended hosting period for an additional fee before the link is created. Once the link has expired, it can’t be reactivated.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your session date and time, and it goes toward the total cost of your shoot—it’s not an extra fee. The remaining balance is due before I begin the editing and delivery stage.
